Research And Implementation Of Bidding Business Process Management System Based On J2EE

Bidding is a new way of business equipment and materials procurement with the development of the market economy and it is thinly substituting the origional purchasing means. Bidding can guarantee that the purchasing process is fair, just and transparent, so bidding provides a fair chance to the firms who have the ability to participate this process. With the wide spread of the market and the fast growth of the information industry, the bidding project management becomes increasingly heavy, and this makes the bidding enterprise have an urgent need for a kind of management software in order to intelligently manage the bidding projects.Based on the user needs, this thesis made detailed analysis, research, programming and realization. The system used B/S structure which is based on J2EE standard and MVC design pattern, and integrated the Struts, Spring, Hibernate into the SSH development structure. This thesis use the server called tomcat and SQL Server database to design and implement the bidding business process management system.This thesis, in the first place, discusses the entire needs of the system, studies several roles, the various functional parts and the relationship between them, and describes the system architecture by means of making use case diagram and so on. Then it carried out a detailed design about the database using SQL Server and discussed the key tables and their relationships in detail. Finally, the thesis discussed the implementation of the SSH framework and the workflow control technology in the system. According to the research and system design, the thesis realized the whole functionality of the bidding business process management system. After using, the system showed a good performance and excellent user experience. The realization of the system greatly reduced the user’s workload and reduce the flow of thesis documents, which is environmentally friendly, can improve work efficiency, and make the bidding faster and righter. The system involves the advantages of intelligence, informatization and make a large contribution of the bidding of Chinese power industry and achieve the desired purpose of the system.
