Research On The Kazakh Program In Altay Regional Radio And Television

Altay region which has one city and six county is located in the northwest of themotherland,and border with Kazakhstan, Russia, Mongolia. There are more than30ethnicgroups, including Han, Kazakh, Uygur, Hui, etc. In the ethnic groups,the Kazakh account forhalf of the total population. To meet the spiritual needs of the masses in Altay region,thegovernment has founded various aspects of the news media. All of these media transmitinformation in two Han and Kazakh language.This thesis mainly studies the kazakh program of regional radio and television. Atpresent region, there are two regional radio and television media, one is the Altay people’sbroadcasting station, another is television station of the Altay area in the Altay.Altay people’s broadcasting station was founded on February14,2010, and the kazakh’sFM radio(FM101.4) officially started on February14,2011, so far there is only3years old.But it’s development is very fast, quality of item is very good, and the number is not a few.Altay regional television station which has been the development course of33yearsformally pilot on October1,1981. From the pilot to now, it goes through the approval of theministry of state radio and television titled "Altay television station", and determine workpolicy and the propaganda’s request of the television station, and set up the newsroom firstly.From opening self-governance program to starting a microwave engineering and achievingthe first live on stage, officially changed its name to " Altay region’s radio and televisionstation" in2004. After over30years of development and change, Altay regional televisionstation in infrastructure construction, security and programming made greatbreakthroughs,and Update all kinds of equipment in Altay regional stations by the party andthe government’s help and care, thus increase their ability of transmission. With risingpropaganda ability after30years, the Altay regional television continuously strengthen itsinfluence, and also increased coverage, and expanded the audience at the same time, theconstruction of Altay television station got rapid development. We can say Altay regional station basically expanded coverage and achieved outstanding results in management,technology, quality and work efficiency in over the past30years on various aspects.This thesis consists of five chapters. Altay regional radio and television station and theKazakh’s column is introduced in detail in the first chapter. Altay regional radio andtelevision station and the Kazakh’ s program are analyzed, namely each column includingProgram form, program positioning, Content of the column, Column packing, Column airbackground and Presenter style are analyzed in the second chapter on six aspects. Altayregional radio and television station and the kazakh’s column features and functions areanalyzed in the third chapter mainly. puts forward the existing problems in Altay regionalradio and television station and the Kazakh’s program in the fourth chapter. personalcountermeasures and suggestions are put forward in development of Altay regional radio andtelevision station and the Kazakh’s program in the fifth chapter.Until now, I found that although there are one or two content of the paper involves thealtay kazakh television program, but there is no a special system which was studied for thealtay kazakh television program’s paper and also altay people’s broadcasting station’s kazakhprogram. So this thesis has certain reference value for supplement of Radio and televisionnews of China’s ethnic minorities and future development of Altay people’s broadcasting, andplay a part in recalling past historical material.
