As a whole new type of self-organized network, Wireless sensor network which integrates a variety of disciplines, has a wide application prospect and a great development potential, and it has been noticed and studied from domestic and abroad. The energy of nodes in WSN(Wireless sensor network) is very limited, and many security mechanisms can not be applied to WSNs. So it is very important to design a more energy-efficient and more security routing protocol.In recent years, there are many wireless sensor network routing protocol concerned with energy optimization, among which the typical ones are the LEACH protocol and SolarLEACH protocol. However, as to the cluster routing protocol, the cluster head nodes have lots of defects and deficiencies in the process of the next hop selection and data transmission. At the same time, there are many security flaws of LEACH protocol. Based on the problems mentioned above, this paper proposes a wireless sensor network routing algorithm with energy optimization and broadcast authentication. The work of this paper is as follows:1. The distribution of the head clusters is achieved by using simulated annealing algorithm. A comprehensive consideration which includes the energy of the near cluster head and the base station, the distance between the cluster head and the base station and angle between cluster and the neighbor cluster is given to select the optimal cluster head as the next hop node.2. In the process of network communication, the angle of the cluster head of which the node is the adjacent station is decided by cosine function and data transmission can be achieved by the combination of single-hop and multi-hop in the hoping that the network energy consumption has become more equilibrium.3. In order to resist the exotic attack effectively and make the whole network more secure, a routing protocol for wireless sensor network with security mechanism is proposed on the basis of SNEP protocol and broadcast authentication schemes are introduced for communications between nodes and cluster heads and communications between cluster heads and base station, respectively.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that compared with the existing schemes, the proposed algorithm can not only reduce network energy consumption effectively and extend the network life time significantly, but give a solution to network security, authenticity and integrity for data transmission.
