HPCS-based remote sensing application system is designed to provide the remote sensing information products to the user through an efficient and effective way. HPCS achieves high performance computing through the High Performance Cluster, and achieves cloud services through "the cloud center-the cloud" cloud structure which is built on High Performance Cluster. Applications may be distributed on different cloud computing nodes, in order to achieve the low coupling, plug-in needs, system communication becomes indispensable.In this paper, the messaging systems which in the HPCS-based remote sensing application system were designed and implemented.Using MSMQ to achieve the communication between clouds according to the low coupling, plug-in needs; using WCF to achieve service-oriented architecture of the High Performance Cluster according to the reuse and offline demand between cloud and cloud-center. In order to protect the stability of orders, inquiries and orders for orders are designed by using MSMQ. In order to achieve the production server and management server running low coupling, the communication between them are designed by using WCF.In the message communication development, communication within the cluster using SOA thinking to meet the low coupling, plug-in demand of the high-performance cluster. Communication between clouds meets the system’s scalability and availability requirements. Communication in the remote product process meets the diverse needs of remote sensing methods of production.
