| The paper was completed based on the work experience of Shanxi electric power communication network resources management and background of the smart grids construction and meanwhile combination with the development and application of "Shanxi Electric Communication Resources Management System". The paper mainly discussed the solutions of integrated intelligent resources management system applied in Shanxi Electric Power Communication System and the efficient management to businesses and all kinds of resources by utilizing this system. The paper described the overall system in detail by introduction to business functions of system, design of database, establishment of data warehouse and whilst expounded the overall construction situation of hardware architectures, systematic functions, and network structures etc. The paper focused on the practical application of resources management subsystem and communication management subsystem, moreover analyzed the application modules and their respective functions of the two management subsystems. The paper also raised an example of maintenance management to describe the application-specific function module, process flow design, and data management solution etc. and explained the implementation process of each management module of the communication management subsystem.Finally the paper summarized and evaluated the work this subject referred to and also presented some improvement proposals to the follow-up work of system operation. |
