In this paper, to solve the mobile terminal network information securitymanagement as the main content, through research and development projects, thecompletion of the functional requirements of the mobile terminal network informationsecurity management system to achieve internal network monitoring and managementof mobile terminals.Text for the mobile communication field of information security issues, study thevarious security issues currently exist in the field of mobile communication.Papers onthe basis of user needs within the mobile terminal network security management andmonitoring, the introduction of mobile devices based on the Android platform,application software development technologies; analysis of the development needs anddevelopment process in the mobile terminal network security management system,namely the use of function module decomposition diagram, activity diagram, classdiagram, case diagrams, component diagrams available, data modeling and processsystems; given application architecture design of the project, a number of differentfunctions of the system design and implementation methods and modules relatedtechnologies; finally realized the mobile terminal management and monitoring.The software is based on the client’s test results show that the software can helplarge enterprises and special departments and units to carry out effective monitoring oftheir employees’ mobile devices, in a more rational way, effectively ensure the securityof confidential information leak and individual violations during work effectivelymonitor, reached a predetermined design goals.
