However, most of the existing sightseeingships that have diesel propulsion will inevitably produce environmental pollution andgreenhouse-gas emissions, so as to deteriorate the ecological environment of tourist area.Therefore, the new energy integrated electric propulsion system that is researched and developedby using the technology of wireless monitoring, high performance lithium battery energy storage,and combining with the advanced electric propulsion, will instead of the ordinary cruise shipdiesel propulsion, and be able to effectively control environmental pollution and greenhouse-gasemissions. The new energy ship will get more and more extensive application.New energy sightseeing ship use more advanced technology, the composition of system iscomplex, and the sightseeing ship is small and have no specialized technical personnel, ifequipment management does not reach the designated position, not timely to deal with problemsarising from the use, a great impact on the safe operation of ships will be produced. Therefore,there is a kind of solution by suing wireless monitoring technology to realize the equipment dataacquisition and management of sightseeing ship. With the support of relevant subjects, this papertake the catamaran ship that is taking solar energy as the main energy integrated electricpropulsion system for object, analysis wireless monitoring system, take the PLC as maincontroller, research the wireless monitoring system topology structure and the development ofsoftware and hardware, and aim to improve the safety performance and remote management ofthe ship. Main work are as follows:1.The introduction of solar ship integrated electric propulsion system structure, the functionof every component system, performance parameters are extracted, the implementation ofmonitoring system function requirement analysis.2.The advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of remote data transmission andmonitoring system are analyzed, the designed scheme of wireless monitoring managementsystem based on Delphi is put forward according to the characteristics of the ship, using thewireless transmission module DTU, combining with modern mobile communication technology.3.The energy control system of solar sightseeing ship based on S7-300PLC, the hardwareplatform of wireless monitoring system is built, the wireless data transmission interface programof the host computer based on Delphi is developed, which can realize the wireless transmission of data.4.The solar sightseeing ship monitoring software of the host computer based on Delphi isresearched and developed, and the development of the data center based on Delphi and SQLSever2005database, which realize the display and storage of data.This developed system have been built and tested on ship’s integrated experimental platform,and it have been applied on ship, through the experimental observation, the results are consistentby contrasting the data of wireless monitoring management system with the actual voyage dataof collected by boat, wireless monitoring management system of solar sightseeing ship based onGPRS can realize the data monitoring and management of ships and achieve the effect of systemthat is expected. |
