With the rocketing development of society and economy in China, the demand for electricity is increasing rapidly. As the main power supply in our country, the START/STOP operation and low-load stable combustion of thermal power plants consume lots of oil resource. The annual consumption of oil takes up large proportions of gross oil resource, the amount of which used in power boiler and stable combustion is nearly12million tons. Therefore, how to control the oil consumption of thermal power plants has become the issue with top priority in China.In order to support the national policy of energy saving and pollutant reduction to save fuel resource, GUOHUA SANHE POWER PLANT has proposed technical transformation project about micro-oil ignition, to upgrade the existing traditional ignition system with large oil gun to gasification ignition system with small oil gun. The main content of this paper is about:1、To research on the technical transformation of micro-oil ignition home and abroad, analyze the reliability and economical efficiency of use of boiler start/stop and stable combustion operation, discuss the necessity and feasibility of adopting gasification ignition system with small oil gun applied in SANHE power plant.2、To analyze technical specification of micro-oil ignition, to satisfy the requirements of current boiler power equipments and micro-oil ignition control system in SANHE POWER PLANT, make proper improvements and optimization, deploy the best solution on system reconstruction.3、To design the system frame of boiler ignition and stable combustion, deploy the perfect control strategy and logic, fulfill the target of controlled equipments, debug and improve the micro-oil ignition system until it satisfies the demand.To research on the technical transformation program of the micro-oil ignition and stable combustion control system in GUOHUA SANHE POWER PLANT, discussion on desing of the operation mode, achieve improved gasification plant small oil gun ignition control system for the purpose of stabilizing combustion technology level of automation, improve equipment reliability, reduce stress and achieve production staff work efficiency of production and business downsizing.
