The Research On The Device Defect Diagnosis Method Based On Infrared Temperature Measurement

The economy of our country is in the rapid development stage, production and residential electricity demand increase rapidly, so as the electrical equipment in substation network hub of load increasing, caused by thermal defect of electric equipment accidents, with huge economic losses, in severe cases, may even cause casualties. Hence the need for better diagnostic method to accurate hot defects of substation electrical equipment, to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment. At present, the units in the actual work for heating defect detection device is using the infrared temperature measurement technology, so compared with other detection methods of infrared temperature measurement technology has the advantages of finding equipment heating defect results improve infrared temperature measurement and regulating the infrared temperature measurement work in practice.In this paper the author discusses the above problems, and their experience puts forward corresponding methods and countermeasures. Infrared temperature measurement technology has not stopped, without sampling, without disintegration, running fast on real equipment thermal state of the infrared imaging advantages, at present, widely used in electric power system, but it also has its own limitations, the detection results can be affected by environmental conditions, effects of operation, testing instruments and equipment used, this paper analyzed the influence of these factors and put forward corresponding countermeasures. At the same time, the correct method of infrared diagnosis using different also can improve the accuracy of infrared detection, some application of infrared temperature measurement combining with practical work in the case of fever defective equipment, better describes the infrared temperature measurement technology in the diagnosis of defects fever advantage.It is because of the infrared temperature measurement technology has obvious advantages in diagnosis of variable heating defect electrical equipment, Yuhang district electric power companies to set up and use of infrared guidance,cycle, diagnosis of infrared temperature measurement technology in the actual production process, so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis.
