Most of the existing AC electrophoresis test instrument constitute of driverpower, image acquisition board, computer and so on, which cause the instrumentcomponents are independent, bulky, structure complexity. so build an integration ACelectrophoresis instrument to change it each other independent and not integrate forAC electrophoresis experiment. This paper is research on the integration ofmulti-phase driver power, micro image acquisition equipment, system controller anddisplay terminal. Main research contents are as follows.Firstly, put forward scheme to AC drive power hardware circuit system. on thebasis of circuit scheme that designed each hardware circuit from the signal source、program-controlled variable gain amplifier circuit、filter circuit、 the low and highfrequency power amplifier circuit respectively.Secondly, In order to keep synchronization for every channel output signalamplitude and phase, bring into the output detect feedback control for the system. Toensure system dynamic performance, based on each module hardware circuit, buildthe transfer function that assembly the whole system in Matlab/Simulink, inaccordance with the high and low frequency channel do simulation.Furthermore, put forward dual controller scheme for AC drive power and designthe AC drive power controller hardware and software. At the same time, complete theembedded Linux system program development for special experimental device,which for the purpose of achieve the multi-tasking capabilities and good interactivefeatures.Finally, validate the entire driver power when finished each module circuitdebugging. For example, signal source and controller circuits debugging, highfrequency circuits and low frequency circuits debugging. The paper compare thetransfer function of the system simulation and actual output, analysis the accuracy ofthe transfer function control model. At the same time, test the embedded systemprogram after testing embedded systems modular, and finished the entire system test.
