With the development of economy, the automated warehouse of social and economic benefits is increasingly obvious; automated warehouse can not only improve the efficiency of warehouse operations, but also reduce the cost of warehouse operations, and can provide the basis for the company’s sales decisions, so the three-dimensional in-depth study of automated warehouse operations process has important social significance.According to Guangxi University Logistics Engineering Laboratory Project’s specific needs, the integration of management system and monitoring system of automated warehouse was researched. Based on the analysis and research of function level and hardware and software framework of the automated warehouse, warehousing operations for the three-dimensional integrated systems requirements were analysed, including:management system functional requirements analysis, monitoring requirements analysis and handling system action requirements analysis; On this basis, management systems and equipment for handling monitoring system were designed, the management system of designing which includes management systems business process analysis, data flow analysis, database design, management system functions structural design; Handling system design includes handling system state of motion control systems analysis, design of handling equipment and control code design, Handling system design included the state of motion handling systems, handling equipment control system design and control code design. Then the management system and the monitoring system were integrated, Including an integrated manner, the conversion job tasks, communications of the integrated systems.Finally, the management system and monitoring system have been developed and implemented; Management system which was based on C#has been designed using Browser/Server architecture, the main modules of the system includling the library management, a library management, shift library management, information inquiry, system settings has been designed and implement; Monitoring system which was based on VB6.0has been designed using Client/Server architecture. The modules of function has been designed and implemented.
