Networked multi-machine cooperation system is posed to significant challenges due tothe complicated application environment, physical pervasion, and network attacks. Thedevelopment of coordinated optimization technologies for networked cooperation systemsshould obtain high performances, such as security, reliability, dynamical adaptation andeffective cooperation. Networked cooperation system composed by sensing layer, transportlayer and remote control layer. Fortunately, the biological systems in nature intrinsically havethe capabilities of homeostatic and self-adaptation, it provides new way for the design ofsystems. Therefore, we propose a biologically-inspired self-balance method under thestructure of nervous, endocrine and immune systems. To improve the security of transportlayer, multi-layered self-balance security detection method is proposed. A remote optimalcontrol algorithm is studied with the consideration of network emergency. The innovation ofthis paper lies in improving the dynamically self-adaptation, homeostatic and robustcapabilities of networked cooperation systems from the biological aspects. In this background,in this context, the research on biologically-inspired energy balance and security method innetworked cooperation system is studied. The main research contents as follows:(1) To save energy in networked multi-machine cooperation system, biological inspiredenergy self-balance method was proposed. The biological systems in nature intrinsically havethe capabilities of self-balance. Based on the distance to event source and energy, nodes weredivided into N-Sensor, G-Sensor and T-Sensor dynamically under the structure of nervous, endocrine and immune systems. A dynamic adjustment strategy based performance of WSNwas applied to balance the energy consumption as a whole. And then, source nodes couldadjust the reporting frequency to prolong the network life within some network performance. Finally, the proposed algorithm was verified through the simulation study.(2) To improve the communication security of networked multi-machine cooperationsystem, agent-based multi-layered security detection method is proposed. In this paper, nodesare divided into three layers based on the different functions, and each layer performs theappropriate detection method to maintain the security of network. In order to reduce theenergy consumption, mobile agent technology is applied to collect data efficiently. And then, the agent nodes complete the underlying security detection tasks to prolong network life ofhead nodes. The proposed algorithm has been verified through the simulation study.Simulation results show that this method achieves better performance than existing securitydetection method from perspectives of energy consumption、detection rate and false alarmrate.
