This paper details a square slab heating optimal control system basedon AnSteel regenerative pusher type reheating furnace. Furnace controlsystem has always been an important research topic at home andabroad,and the research it is mainly based mathematical model.Thefurnace system is large, complex systems while it is very difficult toestablish a precise mathematical model. Mathematical model, there aretwo ways to establish mathermatical model,one is statistical model andthe other is mechanistic model.This paper establish two-demensionaltemperature model of square slab reply on the heat transfer theorythrough mechanistic model,next according to the actual situation of theactual type, taking into account the deviation of the model may not meetthe actual needs and scene production,so an object-oriented optimizationcontrol system was established to address these issues. Two ways tocorrection the model parameters based on on-line learningsystem(Temperature compensation and temperature field modelcorrection),it can be effectively applied to actual production to achievethe least oxidation loss of the surface of the square slab and the leastenergy consumption, the simulation results show that the system can beeffectively applied.Contents of this paper:1, Introduced furnace systems, control difficulties and control strategy ofreheating furnace system2, Establish two-demensional temperature model of square slab reply onthe heat transfer theory through mechanistic model.3, Object-oriented design ideas for square slab heating control system.4, System simulation to achieve application.
