Research On The Reports Of Ecological Civilization Construction Of Henan Daily (2008—2012)

Fish chase aquatic plants to habitat, and birds choose good wood to habitat.In China, with the reform and opening up and the process of modernization and industrialization of the high speed of economic construction, our economy develops fast, improves the comprehensive national strength and international status, people’s life has been improved significantly. Yet at the same time, the ecological environment destruction and pollution has become a serious problem and the "bottleneck" of the further development of China’s economy and society. Therefore, China must take a follow the laws of nature as the premise, based on the ecological environment carrying capacity, to advocate the concept of harmony and promote healthy and harmonious way of life for the foothold of the sustainable road, and realize the sustainable development of human society.To analyze the reports about ecological civilization construction comprehensively in our province, I select Henan Daily, one of the most authoritative and influential newspapers in Henan Province,as the sample to study. The paper which is the provincial party newspaper guides the important issue of public opinion direction in the convey of the party and the government policies. The reports of ecological civilization construction reflects the efforts to promote ecological civilization, public opinion of major ecological environment and directly reflects the magnitude of the ecological civilization construction in Henan Province. The effects and problems of the Henan press coverage of the construction of ecological civilization play an important role in benchmarking.To analyze the reports of ecological civilization construction in2008-2012in Henan Daily, it can be concluded that the Henan Daily, as the mouthpiece of the party and the government, with great sense of responsibility and mission, reports the news of ecological civilization construction in our province. It Not only guarantees the stability of the number of reports, but correctly guides public opinion direction with positive and objective attitude. Henan Daily creates a good atmosphere of "green spread", involved in all aspects of ecological civilization construction, closely the positioning of Henan Daily.However, the reports of ecological civilization construction in Henan Daily still have disadvantages, such as lack of in-depth reports, immature report scale, lack of scientific reports,etc. Therefore, I put forward some suggestions. Henan Daily should be increased the strength of in-depth reporting using the agenda-setting theory, strengthened cooperation with other media and organizations to make the story more diversified and made the reports more scientific and rational using the journalistic professionalism.
