Electrolyzed oxidizing water as an efficient, fast, convenient and no toxic side effects on human body sterilization disinfectant, is more and more applied in medical, health, life and agriculture etc. Therefore, the design of automatic control system of a high reliability, good control performance, management of water produce acidic oxidation potential of perfect, not only become a very important task, also play a very important role in improving the level of automatic control and management. Existing acid oxidation potential water generator control mode is single and is mainly composed of single chip microcomputer as the main control, poor anti-interference ability, high fault rate, not easy to expand, programming is relatively complex, the development cycle is long, can not adapt to the general electrical engineering and technical personnel, timely solve the problems is not conducive to burst.The topic of the graduation design is based on electrolyzed oxidizing water intelligent control system of PLC, PLC has a strong anti-interference ability, low failure rate, easy expansion, equipment maintenance, short development cycle and so,that mean on the base of the traditional oxidation reduction potential water generator, Re-designing for the special requirements of the brewery on the redox potential of water, Using the Siemens S7-200PLC programmable controller to realize the logic control of the acid oxidation potential water control system, and through the MCGS touch screen on the control of the whole system to realize the man-machine dialogue and picture monitoring operation.This design is mainly from the two aspects.One is the design of system structure, hardware design PLC, PLC program design, configuration design. In the aspect of system structure design, the general process for the preparation of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water as the foundation and background, design a suit of automatic control system of EOW on PLC performance meeting the brewery performance requirements. The main work is the hardware structure diagram of the system design and selection of the required hardware aimed at the process for preparing acidified water.In the PLC hardware design, mainly divided into two steps.The first step is the PLC’s I/O address assignment, List the I/O address assignment table; the second step is drawing PLC input and output module wiring diagram.In the process of the design, first to design the control scheme of the system, Analysis and calculation system control logic. Then plan the program flow chart according to Control scheme. Finally, In STEP7-Micro/WIN programming software carrying on the ladder diagram programming to achieve the logic control system.In the configuration design, mainly in the MCGS configuration software is the configuration screen, carrying on man-machine dialogue operation and image monitoring to system, consider and design picture from the humanized perspective.The other one is taking advantage of the reduction oxidation potential water generator, collecting the data of voltage, current, electrolyte concentration, residence time, and analyzing the pH, ORP, available chlorine, Thus fitting the formula to facilitate the study of the nature of oxidizing water, and timely correcting the data of the transmitter back-testing. Effective chlorine test and solve the complex and high cost of the problem.
