| Grease is an important material which mankind survival. Our country is the world’s oilconsumption powers. Therefore, the edible vegetable oil quality and supervision become bigproblems of the national economy and the people livelihood. However, in recent years, manyunscrupulous traders to reap huge profits, in edible vegetable oil adulteration, seriously affectthe quality and nutrition of edible vegetable oil. At present there are two main types of ediblevegetable oil adulteration: In edible oil blending of non-edible oil (hemp seed oil, castor oil,mineral oil, etc); in high price edible vegetable oil blended with edible oil at a lower price,such as in sesame oil, olive oil blended with animal oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil, etc. At presentin edible oil market both at home and abroad such adulteration problems are widespread. Thispaper mainly research on vegetable oil blended with animal oil, existing research shows thateating too much animal oil can easily lead to diseases such as arteriosclerosis, diabetes andcolon cancer, etc. In addition, national standards specified in addition to blend oil whichquality approval, in the vegetable oil don’t allow blended with other edible oil. Sodetermination of vegetable oil blended with animal oils is very important from the standpointof commerce and health.In order to achieve vegetable oil adulteration detection method of easy to popularize andcost is low, in this paper, we study and implement the research of using texture analysistechnology to detection vegetable oil adulteration. Homemade experimental device to captureexperimental samples and it is a free mobile cylinder barrel, the device has the advantage oflow costã€easy to operate and can real-time acquisition and analysis of the sample images.Through a large number of experiments and the system test demonstrates the use of textureanalysis technology to detection vegetable oil adulteration is feasible. The study of the subjectpositive response the ministry of science and technology and the ministry of finance toorganize and implement benefiting the people of science and technology plan, the purpose isto implement the "national medium and long-term science and technology development planoutline (2006-2020)". Research results can be used for Halal food markets and oil product market.In this paper, first of all discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using differenttexture analysis technologies to extract the texture feature, discusses the design principle andarchitecture of self-made test apparatus, using the device for analysis and test theexperimental samples. Mainly discusses using gas chromatography method coupled withimage texture analysis technology to realize real-time detection of adulterated vegetable oilã€using improved texture analysis technique to extract texture feature and using the least squaremethod to establish the mathematical model between characteristic parameters. Finally, theproposed method is verified, randomly selected different brand vegetable oil that sells on themarket, animal oil is added to different brand vegetable oil, preparation of different dopingratio experiment samples. Using the paper method to analysis of experiment samples, at thesame time using standard chemical method for determining the same experiment samples,compare of the maximum relative error between paper method calculated value and standardchemical method determined value, the purpose is to determine whether the proposed methodis feasible. |
