| In recent years, the use of the Internet of things technology and automaticcontrol technology to improve the automatic control level of agriculturalgreenhouses, achieve the purpose of crop yield increasing and manpowerreducing. This research has attracted the government’s highly attention andvigorously support. Agricultural greenhouse automation control is mainly refersto appropriate adjustment of crop growing environment in the greenhouse.Greenhouse automation control plays a significant role in modern agriculturegreenhouse production.Although agricultural greenhouses automation developedvery fast in China, there are still same problems such as monitoring range is toosmall, remote control signal is not stable, low acquisition precision.This article according to the actual conditions of agricultural greenhouse, toimprove the monitoring accuracy of basic environmental parameters in theagricultural greenhouses and control precision of purpose, author accomplished4~20mA and0~5V analog signal acquisition module, multi-channel temperatureand humidity sensor, data processing module and the relevant software programdesign and debugging. In order to improve the monitoring and control accuracyof basic greenhouses environmental parameters.In order to keep the remotecontrol signal stable, make a further study of control network and informationnetwork integration, using CDMA mobile communication technology to fulfillgreenhouses on-site monitoring and Internet telecommunication network,meanwhile established greenhouse environment parameters automatically detectnetwork.This project through three months of the actual work environment test andrelevant data analysis, basically achieves the anticipated goal. Realized receivethe on-site greenhouse environmental data through mobile phones or Internet platform. And then through remote terminal control one or more greenhousesroller shutter for dimming, rolling membrane for ventilation, replenish carbondioxide and fertigation etc, ensure keeping environment parameters in a stablerange which is suitable for plant growth in the greenhouses. Thereby achieveeffective utilization of resources, helping plant growth, increasing bothproduction and income. |
