Abstract:The grouting technique has been widely used in mining, underground building, dam, tunnel, subway, bridges, civil engineering and other fields. In order to improve the efficiency of grouting engineering work, as well as ensure the quality of grouting project, series of grouting automatic recorders have been used generally to detect and record. While, grouting pressure, flow and slurry density are the three basic parameters of real-time grouting process and control, which plays a decisive role for the grouting quality.For the three parameters, the grouting flow detection has developed to be more mature; grouting pressure and grout density detection is done with pressure sensor to get the data; and in order to avoid direct contact with the diaphragm of cement slurry pressure sensor, the oil-water separator is used. While, the oil-water separator is non-standard products, with different degrees of pressure loss, nonlinear existing in the application process, which reduces the precision of the pressure sensor and other quality parameters. In this paper, the possibility of using a pressure sensor without oil-water separator has been explored and flat membrane pressure sensor and ceramic pressure sensor suitable for this set of grouting automatic recorder system has been improving developed. This article mainly has carried on the following exploration and study:1) The analysis and study of oil-water separator, mainly at exploring the possibility of using a pressure sensor without oil-water separator.2) Model selection and improving development of wide-range flat membrane pressure sensor:improving developed the existing flat membrane pressure sensor and made it suitable for the use of grouting automatic recorder system.3) Improving development of the small-range of slurry density measurement flat membrane pressure sensor, and finally give up the use of the final design plan due to the small range, thin diaphragm and easily damaged. 4) Research and improving development of small range of ceramic pressure sensor:the improving developed flat membrane pressure sensor has the characteristic of high precision, long service life, simple instrument installation and it can be applied to grouting construction environment.
