Abstract:The Construction of E-commerce platform makes the commercial trading activities which happen around the world more simple and convenient. Both buyers and sellers carry out various business activities without meeting each other. Enterprises provide goods to the clients with accurate, timely, safe, quality service. By using modern information technology and equipment, modern logistics management technology could help the enterprises to save a large number of logistic costs and improve the competitiveness.Based on the review of e-commerce and logistics management technology, the e-commerce platform for material procurement based on J2EE is realized. It refers to B2B e-commerce, J2EE, Flex open framework, electronic authentication and electronic signatures. The platform adopts the three-tier MVC architecture. The case diagram used to describe the system, flowchart, functional structure and main modules are designed in this paper. In order to draw a final conclusion, the MyEclipse Development Platform, Flex integrated development kit and Oracle database are chosen to implement the main modules of the system, including procurement program management, supplier management, price consultation management, information dissemination and management and so on. Besides, some key technologies such as TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) algorithm, database connection pool technology, the combination of Flex and Ajax technologies, the interaction of Flex and database, are also discussed.The main function of material procurement system based on e-commerce platform is achieved, and it has many advantages including better compatibility, scalability, flexibility and customizability.
