The Research Of University Crisis Communication Under The Perspective Of Stakeholder Theory

Universities crisis occurred because of the contradictions between the interests of university stakeholders. The interests of university stakeholders interests are harmed, lead to crisis happen. University stakeholders include managers, college teachers and students, parents, media and the public. There are various contradictions between them.Only by solving the conflicts of college stakeholders, the crisis will be smoothly done or easily solved.Universities crisis spread quickly, it is difficult to control. The universities crisis management face many problems. Through the method of literature analysis, observation, interview, case analysis and other methods, this paper propose solutions to solve the problem:Perfect the internal crisis response system in colleges and universities; Coordinate the crisis of university and the parties to a conflict of interest; Coordinate the conflict of interest between university and the media; Strengthen communication between media and audience.University managers and stakeholders should establish management contract, Reduce the occurrence of conflicts.
