Design Of The Visual Company Building Management System

At present, visualization management system is one of the major research topicon management system. This technical system has a strong function that can displaythe needing managed assets before the users in3D models. Then, the system couldmanage these assets more vividly and conveniently.This paper intended to research the frameworks of “Visual company buildingmanagement system”. The management of enterprise build resources is an importantcontent of enterprise logistics management and the management works of buildingresources in enterprise fixed assets account for a very high proportion. The enterprisebuilding resources include workshop, class, office, boardroom, restaurant, dormitoryetc. The building resource users affiliated to different departments and have relativecomplex relationships. The frameworks are composed of management module,system configuration module and employee manage module, etc. Based on theexisting visualization management system research, a visual solution on "buildingmanagement system", which based on VRML, is proposed.This dissertation mainly introduced the background and significance ofdeveloping the system. Starting with demand analysis, B/S framework was chosen asthe system developing framework by surveying the users. By surveying, the functionsfor each module were decided and the designing plan of this system was proposed.This dissertation has presented the developing process in detail on6modules. Withthis system developing, the building information system is successfully realizedvisualization by integrating the virtual reality technology, Web technology anddatabase technology. The visual company building management system can collectand maintain the information data of company buildings, enquiry buildinginformation in visualization, analysis and manage the use of company building, andmanage the information of users and staff. The system provides the technical supportsto enhance the efficiency of building management.
