This paper integrated the formation mechanism of power distributionequipment failure, determined evaluation indicator system of distribution networkdevice, and based on the analysis of the distribution network device status parameters,studied the evaluation method for determining the dynamic weight, using FuzzyComprehensive Evaluation Method scoring on distribution network equipment;combining the actual situation of a county-level city power company, for DistributionNetwork Key Equipment Condition-based Maintenance Assessment and DecisionSupport System database selection and construction are discussed, describes theDistribution Network Key Equipment Condition-based Maintenance Assessment andDecision Support System based on SQL Server database design and detailed designprocess. And on this basis, using B/S mode, Microsoft Visual Studio as a Webdevelopment platform, using.NET frame designed and developed DistributionNetwork Key Equipment Condition-based Maintenance Assessment and DecisionSupport System, can be achieved on real-time device evaluation, and provideselectrical equipment’s real-time information access, condition assessment and policyrecommendations and other functions to operation and maintenance technicalpersonnel and distribution equipment management personnel, with a view to achievethe distribution network equipment and scientific management, improve powerdistribution equipment operation safety, reliability and operational efficiency, reduceequipment maintenance costs, reduce failure losses. |
