| With the accelerated pace of urban life, child custody vacuum conditions arebecoming more and more common. When children go lost or traffic accidents occur,such events has been given high priority to parents, community, and governmentdepartments. Therefore, in order to prevent the parents from worrying about thesafety of children, parents hope to locate the child’s location in realtime with videosurveillance. So the design and development of a safe shuttle system providingreal-time positioning and intelligent remote video monitoring service platform is veryimportant.The safe system provides shuttle service for the children’s safety to parents’ andprincipal, which can be divided into four modules: GPS bracelet module, gate accesscontrol terminal block, school bus access control terminal module, location mapsand remote video monitoring service platform. Firstly, introduce the ApplicationLayer Multicast technology, and applied it to the design of the send and receivemodule of the remote video surveillance system. Then, discuss the advantages anddisadvantages of the background subtraction algorithm and even thresholdsegmentation algorithm, and propose an improved method were applied to themoving object recognition and extraction algorithm design. Finally, to achieve a safepick at the same time, figure out the design and development of a security systembased on SSH framework, namely children positioning and real-time remote videomonitoring service platform. Access control subsystem and system security escort carschool, can provide voice and image in order to achieve a smart card terminal, andthen wirelessly transmitted to the zoo information system for the test situation byproviding student credit card, the school system for the car users online route searchfunction; parents can face recognition based on image terminal provided; platformfor real-time positioning with GPS bracelet, historical track playback, the electronicfence alarm, multipoint real-time video monitoring.This paper details the IP multicast technology and its application in remote videosurveillance system, and completed the development of hardware security modulesand real-time positioning and remote video service platform. In this paper, the security system is completed successfully, and have tested all the requirementsmentioned above, and the safe system has been used in many kindergartens, whichcontributes a lot to parents and the principal. |
