| With the wide spread of Internet technology, the Internet economy has developedexponentially in recent years. E-commerce in our country has achieved rapidevolution. Many shopping website such as Tmall,Amazon and Jingdong havegradually developed into a comprehensive e-commerce platform, providing more andmore product categories and promotions. In order to achieve higher sales, majorwebsites push a lot of shopping information to the users by advertising, sendingpromotional popups, this can increase site traffic as well as increase the activity of theuser. Information Contaction is to establish contractions between information and theuser needs in order to deliver information to users and format fixed expectations.Today, the information content has greatly enriched. Users have a large range ofchoice, which lead to reduce of effectiveness of the information. For e-commercebusinesses, the lack of reasonable and effective ways to convey product informationgives rise to the restriction to transform website traffic to final deal. For onlineshoppers, the user’s needs are not fully satisfied, because of the content pushed tousers do not match their interests causing damage to the shopping experience. All ofthe above issues are calling for new information-contaction mode. How to set up andconvenient shopping guide entrance, provide timely information to recommend andpersonalized information to improve the shopping experience become a top priority.In this paper, the core issue is disorder and lack of norms in Information contactiondesign of e-commerce platform. Firstly, Information contaction system ofe-commerce platform is newly divided into two core paths through research andexamples of documents abroad analysis. Then, through a combination of the userexperience design with Information Contaction design on e-commerce platform,Information Contaction design system of e-commerce platform based on UX isdeduced by doing analysis and research to user motivation and creating onlineshoppers personas models. In order to verify the effectiveness of this design approach,taking QQ client-"My shopping " as a design example, we operate this InformationContaction design system from the target analysis, information architecture, contactpath design, interactive features to visual performance and other aspects. Finally,correctness and effectiveness of the design method is proved by testing key players,satisfaction visits, data tracking and other approach. Given the current Information Contaction design system is still in a relatively emptystage, the study of Information Contaction system of e-commerce platform willprovide more ideas and space for the operation of e-commerce websites. |
