| With the network public opinion continue to develop, as a public informationrepository, the internet has become a valve that can be used to relive stress and a toolthat has great influence on public opinion. As the rapid development of computertechnology, using the Internet to air one’s views is becoming a new form ofsupervision, and many hot social events are becoming the focus. The internet bringseach field of the society closely linked, and provide the public with a virtualplatform that can express self-interest demands.Currently, China is in the periodthat prominent contradictions and problems are prone to happen; owning to theunperfect law system and the wrong tendency of the mass media, the internet hasbecome a channel that helps people to express their demands, the networksupervision of public opinion also arises. The network supervision of public opinion,as the extension of the citizen’s right to know and to oversee, not only helps peopleto regulate the behaviors of government, to form effective power restriction, and tomake the public power efficient and clean;but also helps to stimulate the awarenessof political participation which can promote the development of democracy. Thenetwork supervision of public opinion has a great impact on the direction of publicopinion and the government decision-making. However, there are many existingproblems on the network supervision of public opinion, and it is urgent to bestandardized.Based on too many examples of cases, this paper collates the developing course,analyses the problems regarding the network supervision of public opinion:thenetwork violence is on rampant; rational participation is scared;the illegalphenomenon is prevalent;the audit procedures is lack. Furthermore, it gives us aprofound analysis of the reason why the network of public opinion grows vigorously,and put up many suggestions and measures to standardize it:improve the netizenquality; strengthen government regulation; refine the legal system. |
