Research And Realization Of Transmitting Comprehensive Network Management System Based On Oracle Framework

With the fast development of scientific technology，every field in informationscience and life based on computer technology is widely used. Nowadays，thecommunication agency in mankind’s life cannot avoid the informational management,i.e. the transmission comprehensive network management technique. The presentcomprehensive network management system has many problems, includinginformation dealing mistake, the failure to store signaling and information, the failureto do the detailed analysis as per the business type and other detailed information etc.Based on the B/S model design theory，the paper applies J2EE、JavaScript、Ejts2、 Perl and other language comprehensive developments. The underlyinginfrastructure is based upon Oracle’s HA infrastructure. There are three systeminfrastructures and development models. The paper, guided by the modern scientificmanagement theory, is based on the system research and analysis for the transmissionnetwork management informational construction condition, posing the availableresearch plan from the point of technique and management. In addition, it designs thegeneral framework and function framework of the system construction, mainlyincluding system management model, data information management model, warningcollection supervision model, customer information management model, informationconfiguration model etc., further integrating the business resource and effectivelysolving the above mentioned problems. With the perfection of the development of thesystem，it is obvious to increase the efficiency of each section and each companycustomer’s work.
