| With the development of information technology, to strengthenhospital management by information technology has become aninevitable trend. As an important tool for information management ofmedical institutions, HIS has become an indispensable part of theirdaily management. HIS can provide comprehensive information andthe dynamic management system for users. HIS can greatly improvethe management level of hospital.The structure mode of early Hospital Information System is C/S.This mode has the advantage of the pure system and the highoperation efficiency. But the shortcomings of resource consumptionand continuously upgrade become more and more obvious. Thesystem based on the C/S has difficulty to realize information sharingin different medical units. The thesis using the J2EE platform,combing the latest achievements in the development of hospitalbusiness model and management technology, as the main line, thehospital economic management, clinical management, materialmanagement combined together, develop the hospital comprehensivebusiness information system with Chinese characteristics.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Firstly the thesis introduces the research background〠researchpurpose and research significance. Secondly it summarizes the relatedresearch at home and abroad. Finally it points out the problems anddeficiencies of the HIS at present in our country. It also points out thedevelopment direction and trend combining with the development ofinformation technology.(2) According to the business process and the service characteristicsof hospital, the thesis analyses the need of the system. Through the analysis of demand of the software function and performance demand,it solves the software system of the “what†questions and lay thefoundation for follow-up.(3) Based on the demand analysis, the thesis carry on the outlinedesign to the system. Trough the outline design, it explains the overallsystem architectureã€the technical roadã€the functional designã€thedatabase designã€the date service designã€performance and safetydesign. This can give guidance to the subsequent detailed designã€development and testing work.(4) Based on the demand analysis and outline design, the thesis hasa detailed description of the implementation details of each functionmodule and determines the logic process of each moduleã€methodsand properties of each class. The thesis chooses the outpatientregistration system as an example to illustrate the detailed softwaredesign process. |
