| The traffic e-government is the application of China’s e-government in trafficmanagement field, it is the traffic authorities across the country on the basis of advancedelectronic information technology, the electronic information management based on theconcept of administrative management, the transportation industry to make specificinitiatives with continuous improvement and perfection. The traffic e-governmentprovides for information dissemination, the public service platform for the localcompetent departments for communications, but also provides a communicationchannel for the government and the public. At present, both at home and abroad taketraffic e-government website construction as the core of e-government development, theimplementation of advanced countries in many traffic e-government, planning anddesign, traffic e-government website operation promotion and management level arealso in a leading position. Use of network technology and management and service,solve the effect caused by objective factors, such as geographical, functions of time, thea wide range of quality of service to achieve the government organization structure andbusiness process optimization and reorganization at the same time to the public withhigher efficiency, better quality.The goal of this research is through the analysis of working for the Heilongjiangprovince traffic e-government website system made in accordance with the actualsituation of the optimization scheme. The analysis of the current traffic e-governmentwebsite performance evaluation system, by combining the theory system for theimprovement of performance evaluation, increase the evaluation server performanceaspects.
