The overallanalysis is a necessary approach to find all the causes of production losses. Maintask of the thesis is to design and implement an application for computing overallequipment effectiveness (OEE). It involves calculating the ratio between thequantity of products manufactured goods (i.e. marketable) and the amount ofproduct right the first time we could have made under ideal conditions. Thismaximum ratio is called the overall equipment effectiveness of return. The thesisdescribes the real concept of OEE firstly, then, it discusses the process of designand implementation of the overall equipment effectiveness computing systemdetailly, and the application and testing of the system are introduced as well. |
