The perfect combination of touch panel and display realize man-machineintegration. Touch panel as users in the operation of the signal input port, and displayas a man-machine interaction of signal output terminal, and the combination of thetwo is also the focus of this article, Tianma company as a twenty years of productionhistory display business, has accumulated a wealth of experience on display aspect,and touch panel and display have many similar point, they also have many points ofintegration.The key point of this study is using the current conditions and technology, tomake the test criterion of touch panel and display combine closely, to maximize thesharing of resources and production efficiency. The final purpose is to realize massproduction and create profits for the company.This article is mainly base on the structure and the external circuits designspecifications of4-line resistive touch panel by the study of4-line resistive touchpanel’s characteristics and driver IC’s operation principle, and building the testingplatform, realizing the basic function test and failure analysis by softwareprogramming, Finally implement the testing platform and program into the test jig ofLCM mass production, realize the mass production test, set up the output qualitycontrol criterion of touch panel.
