In such a market competitionenvironment, whoever could keep the diversity of products, and be able to makequick response to market demand changes, should be a leadership in the market.Therefore, the implementation of modern enterprise flexible production and thescientific and effective production decision has very important practicalsignificance for improving enterprise economic benefits and market competitivepower.Based on the modern enterprise flexible production decisions, this papercarried out the theory analysis of flexible production decision. It does a researchin flexible master production plan optimization decision, flexible masterproduction plan adjustment decision and flexible operation plan optimizationdecision.Firstly, this paper expounds the basic theory of flexible production, andanalyzes the related theory and method of flexible production decision.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis on the flexible productiondecisions, this paper conducts the research on flexible master production planoptimization decision. It discusses the flexible production process routecombined with the flexible production organization method and the flexiblemanufacturing system. According to flexible manufacturing technology,enterprise production resource constraints, and the product profit information, itbuilds a flexible master production scheduling optimization decision-makingmodel with the goal of enterprise profit maximization. Then, cutting planemethod is applied to solve the decision-making model, and a concrete exampleanalysis proves the feasibility of decision-making model. Thirdly, to further realize flexible manufacturing enterprise, this paperstudies flexible master production plan adjustment decisions based on thesensitivity analysis. The paper puts forward decision-making process on theenterprise resources available change adjustment decision, product market pricechanges adjustment decision, and new orders inserting adjustment decision bystudying four basic properties of sensitivity analysis method. Then, a concreteexample analysis verifies the feasibility of decision-making process.Fourthly, in order to adapt to the implementation of flexible masterproduction plan, this paper studies the specific operation of the flexible masterproduction plan. According to the calculation of the earliest start time and theearliest finish time of every product, this paper conducts a flexible operationplan optimization decision-making model. The paper puts forward three otherheuristic algorithms-Palmer method, key product method, and CDS methodcompared with simulated annealing genetic algorithm, and the three methodsmakes up for the defects of slow convergence speed of genetic algorithm. Then,a concrete example analysis proves the feasibility of decision-making model.Finally, the paper combines the flexible production optimization theory ofthe flexible manufacturing system processing, flexible master production planoptimization decision, flexible master production plan adjustment decision, andflexible operation plan optimization decision and methods of decision-makingwith modern information technology, then designs and develops the flexibleproduction decision support system.In this paper, the research on flexible production decision could meet theneeds of the development of the production-oriented enterprises. It provides thereference to the implementation of modern enterprise flexible production,thereby promoting the modern enterprise to improve production efficiency andmarket competitive power, and finally achieve more economic benefits. |
