| Quality is a reflection of the combined characteristics of the product or service tomeet the explicit and implicit needs capacity. For companies, the quality is not onlythe key related to the survival of enterprises, but also a comprehensive reflection ofthe level of enterprise technology, management, human resources and social status. Inthis time of economic globalization, the fierce competition, quality is the mostpowerful strategic competitive weapon and the key to improve benefit and survive forbusiness. Since the boring and coal cutting machine need to work a long time underthe mine with a tough situation, the quality of them is especially importantconsidering the security of the handlers. In this paper, based on this point, we havedeveloped a smart product life-cycle quality management system for SanYi HeavyEquipment.The intelligent mine quality management system is mainly divided into two parts:the underground equipment online monitoring system and product lifecycle qualitymanagement systems.The underground online monitoring system includes equipment conditioninformation collection, analysis of decoding condition information, conditionmonitoring information on the key points, alarm condition information management.The equipment condition information collection system obtain the data of down holeequipment condition information packets mainly through the STM32controller viaCAN interface, then transmit to the ground embedded receiving terminal via anembedded router nodes, finally to the system condition information and store them inthe database. Our products get equipment condition information from schedulingcenter via the way of RMI and keep that into the system database.In order to ensure the extensibility of the system, various coding rules and dataframe patterns are designed based on different equipment condition information, thuscan manage corresponding equipments accordingly. The system can show thereal-time working status of the equipments based on the decoded information, the alarm module then can handle the alarms once receiving notice in case the monitoringpoints are beyond the range of threshold.To ensure the quality of the products, the product life-cycle quality managementsystem is strict with all aspects of quality control, from raw materials procurement tomanufacturing and then to the after-sales service. This part mainly includes thequality planning module, quality inspection module, after-sales service repair moduleand quality statistics module, to ensure the quality of products by the synergisticeffect of each module. What’s more, so as to ensure the security of the system,authorization management, log management and encrypting user password with MD5are also provided.The research and development of the intelligent mine quality managementsystem is based on J2EE architecture, using B/S architecture and MCV design pattern.We use the lightweight open source framework SSH, struts2, Spring and Hibernateapproach, to build the whole system. In this paper, we carry on the implementation ofthe system as well as the thorough analysis and research of SSH framework. SinceHibernate frame is used to make the data permanently and it encapsulates JDBCobjects, the system can be compatible with kinds of main database, such as MySQLand Oracle. |
