| In recent years, as more and more software enterprises implemented CMMI3, thesoftware process metric was proved more effectively and accurately to evaluate softwareprocess improvement. However, set up a suitable measurement model is a complicated andtedious thing for most small software enterprises. The measurement model established hasbecome an important means of software process improvement.This article is based on the author in the enterprise under the background of CMMI3implementation, studies the technique of software process measurement and related CMMImodel theory, analyzed the CMMI3at the request of the measurement analysis, according toGQ (I) M model of CMMI3measurement model is constructed. At the same time, combinedwith the author in the enterprise in the process of implementation of CMMI3metric analysisrequirements, design the CPIMS measurement analysis system. Based on the organizationstructure, business process analysis, the measurement demand for enterprises to implementCMMI3, CPIMS system design, use case analysis to the CPIMS defect management module,database design and function module design, realized the function of CPIMS defectmanagement module.Finally, this article through the use of CPIMS metric system in the enterprise, to themeasurement of actual project application examples, collecting actual project data, usingstatistical process control method to establish the actual process performance baselines,analyzed the enterprise in the implementation of CMMI3process performance, verify theavailability of the system, for the enterprise implementation of CMMI3process improvementassessment provides reference. |
