With the rapid development of modern electronic technology and network technology, theapplication of camera is more and more widely。 Traditional analog video surveillance camerashave a lot of problems on transmission distance, the image clarity and remote data transmissionand so on. In order to solve these problems, the research of network high-definition cameras haveimportant realistic meaning and practical value. Especially as the country to support for theconstruction of "safe city", which makes the development of security system in the direction ofthe network, clear and intelligent.The paper has a reserach based on the study of the related technologies of the portableintelligent monitoring system. use of the latest CMOS image sensor to acomplish the collectionof the video image;use of the ARM chip with h.264coding technology to complete the videoimage compression coding, storage and network transmission; use of cost-effectivemicrocontroller based on external light intensity to control the infrared lamp cameras, filterswitching control and video image color or black and white conversion control, so as to get aclear video images;use of power on Ethernet technology, solved the difficult problem of thewhole system power supply.use of the lightning protection technology, complete the lightningprotection design of the system.In this paper, the design mainly includes the following aspects:(1) Ensure the design of the system. According to achievements to realize the function ofeach module and design which kind of chip use for the design.(2) The system hardware design. Hardware circuit design includes the design of imageacquisition circuit, video image coding, storage and network transmission,Hi3518, the design ofthe control circuit, Ethernet power supply circuit design, design of lightning protection of powersupply and network signal, finally introduces the power supply voltage conversion circuit design.(3) The system software design. Software design including the design of the system ofdriver and control module programming.According to the combination of software and hardware, by the system debugging, the PCcan display the high definition video, reach the design request of the subject.
