In recent years, with the improvement of the level of industrialization and the growing importance ofenvironmental protection, the detection of a variety of toxic and hazardous gas detection and air pollution andindustrial emissions monitoring as well as the quality of people’s daily living environment are put forwardhigher requirements, or as a sensory signal input portion of one of the gas sensor is essential. Different typesof gas sensors in real time on a variety of different gases were detected and analyzed with high sensitivity,short response time, etc.; plus microelectronics, micro-processing technology and automation, the rapiddevelopment of intelligent technology, making the volume of gas sensors change small, inexpensive, easyto use, so it is in the military, medical, transportation, environmental protection, quality control, security,home and other fields has been widely used.Currently commercially available portable gas detection equipment is mainly divided into harmful gasdetector and fixed hazardous gas detector. Portable generally used for a single sample testing and emergencyenvironmental testing. Fixed multi-detector detection of toxic industrial sites prone to harmful gases, forreal-time monitoring of production sites. Portable hazardous gas detector, small size, easy to use, the motiondetector has certain advantages. Fixed gas detection equipment larger, more complicated to install, test data iscontinuously it a big advantage. However, toxic gas detection field, people timeliness requirements for gasdetection data is increasing, along with the view that deepened the dangers of toxic gas poison knowledge iswidely recognized, both can be used to detect a gas concentration, and can provide alarm functions, and dogas detection alarm system emergency treatment was urgent needs of the people.Types of commercially available gas sensors are many different types of sensors whose range andaccuracy are different, even the same type and model of the sensor, its gas response parameters are not thesame. This design uses the response parameter input method, the equipment has an adaptive function, whichonly need to enter a new put gas sensor response parameters, you can get an accurate gas information. Dueto the particularity of the circuit design used, based on either oxidation or reduction reaction ofelectrochemical sensors can be used in conjunction with this device, the use of different types of sensors inthe same hardware circuit on the basis of the same set into the sensor only gas response parameters can beaccurately measured gas information.Since the on-site monitoring of industrial gases in most cases below the threshold range, without the useof the alarm function, to facilitate on-site analysis of historical data and records the sensor module added tothe memory chip, can be monitored real-time data stored in the common storage devices, such as U-disk andSD card, and can exceed the threshold set measurement parameters node SMS reminders, phone dialing, etc.alarm.
