In addition, today’s "scalpel" compared with the traditional sense of thescalpel, both precision and accuracy were also had the very big degree of ascension.The doctor is still by hand and eye surgery operation, the robot operation is to helpdoctors break through the traditional natural limit, so that people in the face of diseasechallenge breakthroughs and innovation. This new technology is always for thedoctors and patient service, it is put forward in the process of the transition to surgeryrobot strict requirements: how to make our products more in line with the doctor’shabits, how to users in the use of products is more convenient and efficient. All thisand minimally invasive operation robot usability is closely related to.This article mainly do some of the following work.1, according to productavailability, and the principle of ergonomics, based on the product characteristics ofminimally invasive surgery robot is analyzed, summarized and summed up withminimally invasive surgery robot in the process of product availability.2, users ofminimally invasive surgery robot has carried on the detailed research. Including thecharacteristics of the user, the user’s needs and goals, thinking and behavior patternsare analyzed, then the user task list and optimization, and based on some methods ofergonomics, the user model is established, finally, the result of the user model ofminimally invasive surgery robot ergonomics aspects has carried on the briefevaluation.3, through the experiment was carried out on the existing two surgicalrobot prototype usability testing, and according to the test results, the design rule ofminimally invasive surgery robot.4, in the practical design and application of theabove research and analysis, completed the preliminary product usability designscheme.
