| Based on academy of a Provincial Radio, the paper aims to build a high-quality,powerful advertising management information system, achieve comprehensivebusiness management on information and automation, so as to improve management.Structured approach and object-oriented analysis method is applied indescription the functional requirements and non-functional requirements in detail.Using the theory and method of software engineering, the paper describes the overalldesign and detailed design process by showing system architecture diagrams,flowcharts, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and interface, anddisplays the system design and implementation process. Also, some system keytechnologies such as approving workflow, access control technology, databaseconnection pool and netgap technology were explored by using a combination oftheory and practice methods. This paper uses the B/S structure, Java platform torealize the demand of academy of Provincial Radio and introduces eight subsystems.They are Basic information management, contract management, editing andbroadcasting management, financial management, statistical queries, systemparameters, system management modules.From the application point of view, we completed functional testing andperformance testing, gives a detailed test report, the test results show the effectivenessof the system. At present, the system has been deployed applications. The resultproved that the advertisement management system need to unified management ofcontract, editing and broadcasting, financial by computer networks. The system canrealize a comprehensive business management on automation and informationimprove management efficiency and economic benefits greatly. |
