At present although many universities have software systems for dealing with studentsaffairs, but they are often relatively simple, just dealing with some basic information input,curriculum and enquiry of the academic performance. Counselors’ management system isconnected to the network by mobile devices, for example when devices like mobile phonesand tablet computers are connected to the Internet, counselors can get the relevant informationof students conveniently, and can receive the notice given by school and work arranged byschool at any time. At the same time, through GPS positioning capabilities of mobile devices,the daily work of the supervision of counselors and after unexpected events occur, the schoolcan quickly provide assistance.Through the analysis of the actual working condition of college counselors, according tothe unexpected events and student achievement problems, this paper studies and designs thecollege counselor work management system. The main function modules of the system iscomprised of the counselor, the student, the college administrator, In the three modules,subdivided into counselor management, basic data management, information management,notification event management, student personal information management and informationinquiry. By using the Apriori algorithm of association rules，to find the relationship betweenthe final exam scores, GPA, participation and National BAR Examination results，to providesupporting data for professional teaching. At the same time, through the analysis of students’employment intention, to provide supporting data for employment practice.The front end ofthe system display using the popular bootstrap framework, Android APP client, using theresponsive web design, solve various client resolution and compatibility problems, solve thecurrent between the mobile device a few big operating system application softwareincompatibilities the background using the Asp.net MVC framework, mature, and reduces thenetwork traffic, improve the system compatibility, availability, continuity and scalability.Using C#language as a system development programming language, all operations are donein the background operation, the client only display related data and function calls. The counselor work management system, student information is sorted out properly withstandard management, which can promote the paperless office, but also reduce the workloadof counselors, help improve the quality and efficiency of student management of the school.
