Development Of Function Modules Of The Router Based On OpenWrt System

Along with the rapid development of Internet technology and the diversity of servicesprovided by Internet, the requirement of the control management about network operation ison the increase.This paper improved the existing routing system combing with the specific circumstancesof a company in WeiFang and Online documents.The main contents consists of developingrouter function modules based on OpenWrt and perfecting the existing function of theequipment, improve it through increase corresponding function modules.Above the basis of existing OpenWrt router’s transplantation, this paper proposed thatthe problem of insufficient bandwidth can be solved by using Single-port multi-dial mode andthe using of directly way of hard disk mount can realize data sharing and,SNMP control EoCmaster can be achieved by programming in the router.In the paper, the point is the customizing and transplanting of core router operatingsystem based on ar9342OpenWrt.Firstly, build Linux environment that can compile OpenWrtand then customize it. Secondly, transplant OpenWrt to ar9342core routing, and achieve thecorresponding control function. Thirdly, program Lua and add new pages to achieve SNMPcommunications with EoC master. In the end, test the three function modules.
