The development of China’s commercial aircraft industry uses the"main manufacturers-suppliers" method. In this method, the traditionalrole of the aircraft manufacturer turns into a "large-scale supply chainintegrator."Information technology management faces challenge of integratedispersed global product development activities in synch withmanufacturers on a highly complicated and organized informationtechnology.The main work in this article is under the project863,(number2009AA044601)"The information security systems for large passengeraircraft ", has already been successfully applied " Commercial AircraftCorporation of China Co, Ltd.",and has demonstrated in helping thecompany to achieve its goal of information security defense effectively.This article is based on organizational development and informationstrategic planning with referring to information security standards andindustry research analysis.Through the research of information security P2DR model andRBAC model, firstly the dissertation launches requirement analysis usingthe methodology of PDCA model. Then we design the hierarchicalnetwork structure, user-end security, unified security management and thepublic key infrastructure for the system based on the overall securitytechnical framework planning. Finally the work designs applicationaccess control with collaborative mechanisms, builds up an informationsecurity architecture with business applications features in the domain ofcivil aircrafts, and achieves the desired goals. This article also describesthe directions of the further work.
