| With the high development of Property Management in recent years, more and moreestates the corporations manages, the management difficulty level has been increasedobviously. The contradictions which are between property managers and owners have becomemore and more widespread and sharp.It results in that the government must take immediate actions and play an important roleto monitor and control the behaviors of the property management companies to improve thehealthy development in the property management industry.The outdated management style cannot meet the current situation’s needs. Themanagement information system can provide updated management concept, stable dataquality, efficient working mode which can make up the weaknesses of the paper works of oldmanagement working mode. It is one of the most efficient solutions to improve the currentmanagement problems.Based on the current social situation and the property management data characteristics,this thesis has mainly completed the following researches:1. The construction methods of database based on property housing data characteristics.It presents how to merge existing business data to be a database that covers theproperty area’s basic data of this whole city.2. The modeling of the credit hierarchy information system. Based on existing workingmode of the current management departments, this thesis presents how to create a business model of the credit hierarchy information criteria for the propertymanagement.3. The date synchronization solution among the informational systems. Based ondatabase and applications management, this system applies unified interfaces toprovide services and exchange data among other systems.This system designed on the basis of MVC (Model View Controller). It extended andoptimized according to the characteristics of this project. It applies good scalability,integration, maintenance and safety based on B/S architecture and Object-Orientedtechnology. This system provides a great resolution for the government.This system has the following functions including basic information maintenance,property area examination management and credit file management. It provides a solution tocreate a criterion to measure the property management company’s credit information. |
