Based On The Technology Of Image Measurement Parts Inspection System

Image measuring technology is a new technology developed in the field of measurement technology recently. It has more advantages that the other technology, since traditional methods can hardly handle with the measurement works for some specially needed mechanical parts Image measuring technology has the characters of non-contact, high speed, large dynamic range, with much rich information.Image measuring technique of the measurement with non-contact high speed large dynamic range. In morden industrial production processes with the help of image measuring technology, the detection for products would be more efficient and with higher precision.With the support of modern military affairs, especially in the army with armoring equipment, tank equipment’s needed to be detect one by one. That expends large time and man-power. It is necessary to invent a detection system which is with high efficiency, intelligent and non-contact characteristics.The primary intents of this essay are presented as follows:(1) The image measuring system and the current status of research in related fields are deeply researched and analyzed, and the image acquisition, system calibration and characteristic parameter extraction are analyzed and elaborated.(2) Image Measurement System is analyzed from functional and performance, design target of the image measuring system is elaborated., and overall architecture of image measuring system is released, and the works are analyzed, and the function of each module are discussed in detail.(3) The calibration module, system analysis module, feature extraction module and the Input and output modules are designed.(4) The measurements of sample parts, sample standard deviation and mean standard deviation are analyzed, and the effectiveness of the system is verified, and the accuracy of measurement factors is summarized.In this paper, the designed and implementation of armored homemade parts detection system can deal with the armored homemade parts size detection. This system can also analyze the home made instruments image, and realize the agile collocation with different pretreatment methods, combined with the specific production environment. The precision of length measuring can reach to0.01mm, for the measurement of special angle; the precision can reach to0.1degrees. The system runs stably, fast, and can provide accurate consulting data for production requirement.
