Object: To improve the measurement and test efficiency of the medicalpump, the planed development of medical pump can simultaneously detect muchmedical pumps’volume measurement detection system to solve currentdetection equipment’s low speed and low efficiency, make the importantmedical pump which detects this relationship to measure patient outcomesand even life safety actually carry out.Methods: This paper adopts LabVIEW,a graphical new programming languageto develop the detection system, including the design of the front paneland block diagram. The front panel is the interface that we can see on acomputer which includes various function keys and the data display windowscan see real-time test data. In the design of the block diagram we can justchoose the required controls and make the connection to achieve the desiredfunctionality easily and conveniently.Results: LabVIEW designed VI which detects pressure and flow so thatpressure and flow can be detected. Users can modify the input parametersthrough the front panel as required and observe the real-time dynamic.Conclusion: In this paper, LabVIEW designs the pressure and flow partof medical pumps’volume measurement detection system.It is visualprogramming and imaging, flexible, powerful and operational well.
