In the rapid development of information technology, computer application has been deepinto all walks of life. With the traditional manual operation to carry out business ofdifferent computer, efficient, low error rate, effectivelyenhance the enterprise operationefficiency. For ordinary workers, skilled operation of computer information system to carry onthe daily business work, can greatly reduce the workload and improve work efficiency.Attendance management system is a child system of Personal management system. It isdirectly related to the salary of the workers, and indirectly affects the attitude of workerstoward work. The paper expounds the design ideology and develops technology of thesoftware-Attendance Management System module, the child system of the PersonalManagement System of my workplace.This paper first introduces the development history of the development ofpersonnelmanagement system and the present stage domestic and foreigninformation system, illustratesthe practical significance of solving unitpersonnel attendance management work of theresearch background andthe system development.Secondly, through the investigation and Analysis on the system, establishthe systemarchitecture using B/S, and a detailed analysis of the causes ofsystem using B/S structure. Thespecific needs of their units of personnel time and attendance system, carried out a detailedneeds analysis: on,respectively from the technical implementation, environmental requirementsand legal feasibility are described the functional requirements.Then in the system’s design and implementation part, introduced the system using thedatabase and related tables, division of the module system and explains in detail the realization ofeach function of the system, the operation analysis of the implementation process of the functionsare described. Finally, through the strict system test, from every point of the system is verified inaccordance with the management of personnel attendance I unitneeds, it is proved that thesystem value.
