The technology of power electronics hasbecome an essential part of people’s life and is the lifeblood of economic development. Thedevelopment of power electronic technology leads to the substantial performance increase ofpower switching devices. At the same time online switch frequency and power consumptionalso has obvious improvement. Digital control becomes a hot spot in the research of switchpower supply because of its obvious advantages—high flexibility, high precision, stablesignals, etc. Digital control technology continues to progress and is used in many fieldswidely. High frequency switch power supply has taken the most important role of powersystem due to its high efficiency, long life and reliable performance.First of all, to pave the way for the following work, this paper which introduced theworking principle and the advantages and disadvantages of several topological structure byanalysis of the basic circuit topology by DC switching power supply, analyzing the powerfactor correction circuit and comparing to the topological structure of several commonly used,importantly introduced the background of the subject and research significance and researchstatus and development trend in the future.This paper researched a practical DSP56F8346development platform which can controland monitor the entire system. At the same time, it can provide overvoltage and overcurrentprotection. We use the rich peripheral resources of DSP to establish communication with theoutside and then realize the PC monitoring and management. This paper designed peripheralequipment—statement analysis and parameters tuning of input filter circuit, high frequencytransformer and output filter circuit, using phase shift control strategy ZVS and full-bridgeconverter PWM DC-DC and power factor corrector—to make control more intelligent andprecise.Then, the software part of the switch power supply system is introduced. This paperimportantly introduced initialization of the FlexCAN module and processes of sending andreceiving and the design of control algorithm in PID, which simply introduced some aspects,such as, the embedded software, the CodeWarrior8.3integrated development environment ofFly think of Carle company and Processor Expert (PE) application concepts andcharacteristics.At last, this paper gives the prototype debugging process and methods and analysis ofreasonable theory, analyses the experimental results theoretically, and verifies the feasibilityof this experiment. The paper was summarized, then put forward some suggestions andmethods to improve it. |
