Use this application greatly improves the efficiency oftobacco distribution and mobile GIS platform provides case in other industry applications.In this paper carried out the following tasks:1) Introduce the definition of mobile GIS-related knowledge, characteristics,development methods and GIS composed of a variety of mobile operating systems and carriedout a detailed comparative analysis of the final system architecture and operationalmechanism of the Android platform in-depth analysis. 2) Gives the functional and non-functional requirements to move the map, and on thetechnical solutions adopted a detailed certification, finally moving map data storage platformhas been designed in detail.3) Gives the detailed implementation process of moving map platform.
