In actual industrial production, temperature monitoring is indispensable, to improve the production efficiency, improve production technology, improve product quality has very important significance. However, at present most of the wireless temperature monitoring of temperature sampling module USES digital temperature sensor, digital temperature sensor is small in size, use convenient design, but it’s inevitable to collect low accuracy, temperature measuring range is small, use has limitations. And and industrial site of the original thermal resistance, thermocouple sensors do not match. Facing the complicated industrial environment, digital temperature sensor cannot meet the requirements of industrial environment temperature test. Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional temperature detecting method, this research from the research status of wireless sensor network and the actual project requirements, analyzes the advantages of wireless sensor network (WSN), combined with the embedded and Zigbee technology, put forward a kind of temperature monitoring scheme based on Zigbee, research and design a set of high precision temperature monitoring system based on Zigbee.This article firstly introduced research status of wireless sensor network home and abroad, analyzed advantage of Zigbee technology through being compared with several wireless technologies. Then put forward a high precise temperature monitoring plan based on Zigbee. This plan adopted ADS1247and ultra-low power CC2530as the hardware, and used Z-stack protocol as software to achieve function. It implements the data collection of the construction of the wireless network and terminal nodes, and through the PC PC software to read and to upload the data storageThe development can be divided into three parts:hardware design, software programming and upper PC software design. The designed system built Zigbee network successfully, and realized wireless temperature data collection and in-time monitoring and storage the data. The system reached the expected goal.
