In the actual production and the experimental environment, the decision-making system has a broad application prospect, but some aspects of the research is still lacking. For example, mining, we can make use of the past and the existing mining experience to decide the mode and the location of the mining exploitation in the future.First, this paper introduces the traditional agent from three aspects, the concept, the modules, the abstraction and modeling, then it shows the concept and the composition of traditional mobile agent, last it presents the multi-agent technology in detail, especially the coordination and collaboration. From this it finds the deficiency of the traditional multi-agent in decision-making. Then it brings in the fuzzy theory and puts forward the concept of fuzzy subordinate relations, the concept of fuzzy matrix to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of the later decision method. And it deeply studied the correlation theory of the statistics in the paper to apply them into the weight of the selection and the determination of the evaluation index system, next it introduces the concept of membership degree of fuzzy preference relation and puts forward a new method of membership degree calculation in the decision making problems, defined as "membership" decision preference, then it describes the multi-agent group decision-making algorithm based on the fuzzy membership degree in detail, and finally it expounds the implementation procedures of decision-making algorithm and provides ample theoretical basis for the realization of the system. Finally, on account of the proposed decision making method based on multi-agent, this article designs and implements the decision-making system based on multi-agent, it has carried on the demand analysis and the system design in detail.
