| With the development of ZigBee, WiFi, BT wireless network getting better and WiMAX MAN, Mesh network, UWB technology, wireless USB technology becoming mature, more and more devices are accessing the network as the terminals. Wireless network not only displays out of the great advantages in its price, power consumption, performance, but also in its simple and convenient, flexible operation, rapid application in a variety of environments,so it is well accepted by people of all ages.Currently, IOT has entered the homes, factories, roads, schools and other places, bringing great convenience to human life, works, studies. But we see great value of IOT is far from being played out, more equipment, better and faster access, much more speed and stable service will be developed in the future. This article will built IOT lab management system of control, sensor and monitor function based on school lab sources. The various functional modules join the network through ZIGBEE wireless way, and implement combination of network processing and server processing, thus to explore the design and application of laboratory management of IOT.This article is based on ZigBee wireless network as the core, to build a network both with wireless network and wired network. It has designed the coordinator nodes, routing nodes, terminal nodes with CC2430minimum system as the core. Coordinator nodes are the center of the entire wireless network, and responsible for collecting data from all network nodes and achieving upload information and instructions issued; routing nodes are used as a transit station which connect the terminal nodes and coordinator nodes; terminal nodes have two types:the control nodes and perception type nodes, and they are responsible for executing the coordinator instruction and collecting sensor information. Coordinator uploads data to the server using a wired network. The server disposes and storages the data, then provides services to users’PC. At last, distribution networks were completed in eight Labs at the main building Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, which includes eight coordinator nodes, sixty four inserted row nodes, twenty door sensor temperature and humidity nodes, sixteen video terminal equipment sets. Students and teachers had experienced the operating system. At the meeting held in the new research building Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the system was highly evaluated and recognized by school leaders and outside experts.Finally, the paper will give a comprehensive analysis and summary on IOT labs, pointing out flaws in the design, showing its prospect on technology and applications of IOT labs, and IOT labs will move forward better and better. |
