Design And Implementation Of Office Management System Based On SSH Framework

With the development of enterprises, expansion of the scale, the branch increased between departments, communication between the various branches are becoming increasingly frequent close.Both the internal file transfer, resource sharing among enterprises, Or approval official and apply,which need to consume a lot of time and money. In this case, internal office automation management system can make communication more convenient and better management of the company. Office management system is the original corporate office model and computer technology combined with a new way to work, which aims to make full use of existing computer and network resources, improve work efficiency and quality. So office management system has became a consistent demand for all types of enterprises and units.This paper studies is based on Struts2, Spring and Hibernate three open source lightweight frameworks,and discuss their integration principle, and based on this write a can extend the functionality of the internal office management system to meet the needs of the company at this stage. Struts2as the web layer, to receiving user ’s request and returns the result. Integration with Spring and Hibernate as the persistence layer, the data better deal. Integration with Spring and Struts2as a business layer to handle the business. Such stratification is relatively clear, the coupling of the system is greatly reduced, the system easy to update parts of the module.Firstly, the use of object-oriented systems analysis methods to analyze the specific needs of the system, and then use the UML to establish a functional model and use case model system, on the basis of given based on the detailed design of the MVC design pattern, and using B/S architecture,using the SSH lightweigt framework does a specific realization for the view layer,data persistence layer,and business logic layer. Finally, the system was made the functionality and safety test,which show system is designed to achieve the desired purpose, to complete the work in a variety of work involved to effectively improve the work efficiency.
